With the development of battery technology and clean energy, nuclear energy, wind energy, solar energy or will become the main source of electricity, and with green electricity, naturally there will be green electric vehicles, so there are views that it is not too early to start developing electric vehicles.

New energy has long become BYD's business core, BYD's total sales in 2018 520,700 vehicles, including 247,800 new energy vehicles. BYD will launch 9-10 new cars this year, including Yuan EV535, Tang EV600, Song MAX DM, etc. Entering 2019, BYD terminal delivered nearly 60,000 vehicles in January, up 77% year-on-year, of which new energy vehicles accounted for more than half, with sales reaching 32,000 vehicles, up 342% year-on-year.
