Recently, a Guangxi car owner said that he bought a Porsche Panamera hybrid model at a Porsche 4S store in Lanzhou, but spent nearly 2 million on a "broken car" that kept breaking down for a month.

According to Mr. Yang, the car he picked up at the Porsche Center in Lanzhou on December 12 last year installed a charging pile around January 10, and after only one charge, the car began to show a fault in the engine control device.

Later, Mr. Yang went to consult the Nanning 4S store, and the reply of the 4S point was that the car "picked oil", which may be caused by the poor oil products in China.

The answer from Lanzhou 4S store is that the failure of the car is accidental, as long as you re-swipe the computer.

However, the engine failure has not been solved, and in February this year, Mr. Yang received a recall from Porsche because of a problem with the steering system. After the car recall, the fault appears more frequently, and there are constantly hints of inspection and maintenance.

The test report shows that the fuel sensor and two seat sensors have been replaced respectively and have been repaired in Nanning 4S store for about 21 days. Then I picked up the car and went back to find that the problem still existed.

Mr. Yang said that in April this year, he put the car back in the 4S store and asked the 4S to test it again. About a week later, the 4S store confirmed that it was a temperature sensor problem.

After that, Mr. Yang came to the Porsche Center in Nanning, and an after-sales manager replied on the phone: finally, the initial maintenance advice to Mr. Yang is to replace the motor, followed by further inspection.

At present, Mr. Yang does not accept this plan. He spent nearly 2 million yuan on a "crippled car", believing that it is the quality of the car itself that left the factory. If you buy a new car, that is to say, if you want to replace the motor, the safety and value of the car will also be greatly affected, so you must change the car.

The after-sales manager of Lanzhou Porsche Center replied: now I think it is better to fix it. Anyway, you can see for yourself how to do it first, because if something goes wrong, we will solve the problem first.

At present, the matter is still under negotiation.

According to the "car three guarantees policy", the car can be said to have the right to return and replace the car if it is repaired twice or for more than 35 days because of serious safety problems.
