In August 2018, Mr. Duan and his girlfriend came to the Renren platform. During the re-inspection of the vehicle, the staff of Renmin told Mr. Duan that the oil pan of the engine of the vehicle had been injured and there were slight signs of oil leakage. Because the oil pan needs to be repaired, the engine needs to be removed, and the staff of Renmin car do not think there is much problem with the car. Mr. Duan understands that the car is in the maintenance records of the 4S store, and there is no maintenance record of the vehicle. In the insurance record, there are only three accidents. Because at the beginning of the trust in the Renren car platform, I felt that there was no big problem with the car, and finally bought this car at the price of 230000 yuan.

On April 7, 2019, when Mr. Duan was on his way back to Hangzhou from his hometown in Jiangxi, he suddenly heard a violent noise coming from the engine and drove the vehicle to the 4S store for testing. After the inspection of Jiangxi 4S store, it was found that the vehicle contained a lot of rust in the oil due to severe engine wear, and then the engine oil pan was disassembled, and there were also a lot of rust on the flywheel linked to the engine and gearbox. Therefore, after in-depth inspection of the 4S store, it was found that the guide rails and screws in the driver's seat had been rusty, and the screws still had obvious marks of disassembly, traces of moisture under the carpet under the driver's seat, and traces of rearrangement of the wire harness. So I had doubts about the insurance records.

The staff of the insurance company were contacted through the insurance records, and the staff said that the car was insured once on September 19, 2017, and the car was soaked in water on June 25, 2018, and the water level reached the wheels. Because of the wading insurance, the insurance company finally paid 250000 yuan to the original owner.

Mr. Duan said that when the contract was signed, the second-hand car dealer and Mr. Duan explained that they were friends of the original owner. When preparing to sign the contract, it was dictated by the original owner that the identity of the Renren platform vehicle seller was a second-hand car dealer.

After that, it was proved by the insurance records that the used car dealer as the seller admitted that the car was a blistered car. Mr. Duan wanted to return the car, but the platform admitted that Mr. Duan had to bear the engine repair fee of more than 80,000 yuan to return the car.

In the face of such a thing, the human vehicle platform has not detected a problem, and it also gives the test results of the vehicle non-major accident, non-blistering car and non-burning car.

Li Bin, a lawyer at Zhong Goldman Sachs Law firm in Beijing, said that from the perspective of insurance claims, the seller of the car concealed the fact of the blistered car when it was sold, and Renmin car was intentionally or seriously negligent in the process of inspecting the vehicle.

In the end, because the negotiations were fruitless, in mid-May, Mr. Duan prepared to sue the Renche platform.
