Ms. Chen said that she was afraid of spontaneous combustion of the vehicle again, so she carried out maintenance on the vehicle in 4S on the same day, hoping to find out the cause of spontaneous combustion under thorough inspection, but there was no result.

Until the morning of April 18 this year, Ms. Chen in the driving process, the vehicle spontaneous combustion again. Xinxu local citizens evacuated the crowd and vehicles in time, and firefighters arrived at the scene in time to put out the fire. Although no casualties were caused, the vehicle was scrapped. According to pictures and videos provided by Ms. Chen, vehicles were burning at the scene of the fire. After the fire was extinguished, the vehicle frame was dark and various parts inside the vehicle had been burned.

For this, Ms. Chen proposed compensation to 4S shop, 4S shop reported this matter to SAIC Volkswagen.

On April 22, Volkswagen replied that the cause of the vehicle fire was caused by overload of the speed control resistor of the air conditioner blower. It also said that it would not rule out the navigation and driving recorder installed in non-Volkswagen 4S stores, resulting in spontaneous combustion caused by line extrusion and falling off. Excluding the quality of the vehicle itself to build a car, refused Ms. Chen's compensation.

Ms. Chen said she could not accept such a result. He said the first two problems were repaired in 4S shops.
