After being interviewed by the General Administration of Market Supervision, Mercedes-Benz officially jointly authorized dealers to issue a "service convention" today, reiterating its legal and compliant business philosophy and promising "no bundling and compulsory consumption". Mercedes-Benz also specifically asked dealers not to charge fees in the name of Mercedes-Benz Financial Company or for customers to provide financial services for Mercedes-Benz Financial Company.

Specific measures of the Service Convention include:

1. Launch Mercedes-Benz brand passenger car and smart brand passenger car quality assurance policy, and within 60 days from the date of car purchase invoice or driving mileage within 3000 km (whichever comes first), if major parts need to be replaced due to product quality problems, consumers can directly request the replacement of new cars of the same model and model free of charge.

2. The pre-sales inspection process (PDI) will be completed by the staff who have obtained the relevant qualifications of Mercedes-Benz, and the PDI certificate will be delivered to the customer along with the new car.

3. Set up the post of "customer Rights and interests Officer" in the dealer management post, full-time responsible for the implementation of customer feedback and relevant service standards from the customer's point of view.

4. Provide customers with a list detailing the contents and prices of relevant services in the process of car purchase. The list will be displayed prominently in the store and will also be posted on the dealers' respective websites. As a result, the customer can choose or reject the relevant service items completely independently, and these will not affect the customer's service experience.

At present, many Mercedes-Benz 4S stores have provided specific price signs.

For example, a Mercedes-Benz 4S store in Xiamen clearly stated that it provided listing services at a fee of 4000 yuan per Taiwan, mortgage service fee of 3% of the loan amount, and mortgage charge of 1000 yuan per Taiwan.

A Mercedes-Benz 4S store in Chengdu has a different notice, showing a premium delivery service fee of 4000 yuan (including licensing, vehicle inspection, vehicle warehousing, vehicle deep cleaning, etc.) and consulting service fee of 5% of the loan amount.
