According to the information from Heavenly Eye, the main body of operation of Youpeng Travel is Guangzhou Yidian Wisdom Travel Technology Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder is Xiaopeng Automobile founder and CEO he Xiaopeng and co-founder Xia Heng. He Xiaopeng holds 80% of the shares and the registered capital is 10 million yuan. Guangzhou Yi Dian Wisdom Travel Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2018. Youpeng Travel is also the first platform to carry out online ride-hailing service in the way of self-built platform among the new forces of car building.

On May 10th, the Association announced that Xiaopeng delivered 2200 Xiaopeng G3s in April, while Xiaopeng has set up experience centers in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan and Dongguan, covering the Pearl River Delta. The state will abolish subsidies for new energy vehicles in 2020, and the subsidies in 2018 will be 20% lower than those in 2017, and local subsidies for new energy will also be abolished in some areas this year.
