Another week later, Ms. Liu's car had the same problem again. This time, Ms. Liu decided to wait for the 4S store to deal with it in the same place, and then the 4S store advised Ms. Liu to tow the vehicle over for maintenance. But Ms. Liu firmly disagreed with the repair of the car this time. She believes that the car has gone wrong many times, but it has been repaired and broken in less than a week at most. Such problems with the engine will cause serious safety risks. I hope the 4S store will either return or change cars.
Ms. Liu believes that during the previous two vehicle repairs, the 4S store did not give her the specific cause of the failure. The after-sales manager of Dongfeng Nissan 4S store said that because there are standards in the three-package method, they have passed this matter with the factory, including the customer's request to change cars. However, the reply given by the manufacturer is because the vehicle has not yet reached the standard of change, and it must be maintained more than five times before it can reach the standard of change. If there is a problem on this side of the 4S store, the manufacturer will arrange someone to solve the car problem on the spot.
