However, the number of complaints fell by 21.04%. The second and third Volvo XC60 and Changan CS35 PLUS are almost explosive growth, of which the Volvo XC60 has increased from 18 units in April to 116 units in May due to idle resonance, a nearly sixfold increase. On the other hand, the number of complaints against Changan CS35 PLUS has increased nearly four times because of the lack of heat insulation tiles in the exhaust pipe.

As a German Volkswagen, there are still a number of cars on the list, including Lang Yi, Golf and Lingdu, which are all on the rise, mainly related to gearboxes, engines and car odors. While Bora and Suiteng declined, while Bora dropped by 40.96% compared with the same period last year, mainly due to abnormal brake noise and engine detonation.

The only Japanese brands on the list are Nissan's Xuanyi and Honda's fly. The number of complaints has increased. They are 37.5% and 12.5% respectively. Xuanyi's problem is mainly gearbox fault lights and abnormal noise, but a number of Nissan have this problem. The flying degree is due to the abnormal noise caused by the cold start of the engine.

Independent brands are also on the list of more models, there are Changan CS35 PLUS, Roewe RX5, Mingjue 6, Arize 5, Borey and other models. Of course, Changan CS35 has the largest number of complaints. Other models are basically caused by engine problems.

Car complaints are related to brand reputation, after-sales service level, vehicle common defects and other phenomena, no matter how many sales, a large number of complaints, objectively reflects the quality problems of a model. With more car choices in the market, only good products will have good performance.
