In accordance with the provisions of the Administrative license Law of the people's Republic of China and the decision of the State Council on the establishment of administrative licenses for administrative examination and approval items that really need to be retained, the licensed automobile, motorcycle and tricycle manufacturing enterprises and products (batch 320) and the catalogue of recommended models for the Promotion and Application of New Energy vehicles (batch 5 in 2019) are announced.

At the same time, this batch of announcements issued the catalogue of recommended models for the Promotion and Application of New Energy vehicles (batch 5 in 2019), including 325 models of 98 enterprises, including 92 enterprises with 301 models of pure electric products, 21 models of plug-in hybrid products and 3 models of fuel cell products.

A total of 702 automobile, motorcycle and low-speed automobile manufacturing enterprises and a total of 3511 new products have been declared in this batch of "announcement". Among them, the relevant listed automobile manufacturing enterprises in Hong Kong are: Dongfeng Automobile (00489), Beijing Automobile (01958), Great Wall Automobile (02333), Sinotruk (03808), BYD (01211) and so on.
