The appearance of the new car follows the design language of the Audi e-tron family, with a closed octagonal grille on the front face, an e-tron logo that can be lit at the bottom, and a chic LED headlamp group on both sides. The three-section waistline on the side of the car is straight and powerful, and the wheel hub with low wind resistance is selected. The rear part adopts through-type LED taillights. In terms of interior decoration, the overall layout of Q4 e-tron is very simple, and the full LCD instrument, large-size central control screen and LCD air-conditioning panel make it very scientific and technological. Audi Q4 e-tron locates the A + class. With reference to the size of the concept car, the length, width and height of the new car are 4.59m, 1.90m and 1.61m respectively, and the wheelbase is 2.77m.

The Audi Q4 e-tron concept car was officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March. As the first all-electric model under the Audi MEB platform, the arrival of the new car is full of expectations. In terms of power, the front and rear motors will be installed, the comprehensive maximum power is 225kW, the peak torque is 460N ·m, and the acceleration time of 0-100km/h is 6.3s. The lithium battery capacity of the new car is 82kWLTP. The mileage of the new car exceeds that of 450km, and the domestic follow-up capacity will exceed 500km.

The Audi Q4 e-tron is produced at the Shanghai Volkswagen Anting MEB plant this year. This is also the first automobile factory of Volkswagen Group in the world specially designed and built for the production of MEB pure electric models. The new project, with a total investment of 17 billion yuan, is scheduled to be completed and put into production in 2020, with an annual production capacity of 300000 vehicles. As early as October 2018, SAIC-Volkswagen started construction of the new energy vehicle plant in Anting.

New energy vehicles have developed rapidly in the automobile market in the past two years, but in the past, China needed some policy support and subsidies to promote the development of new energy vehicles. But now, some subsidies and policies for new energy vehicles are gradually retreating. I wonder if the Audi Q4 e-tron will eventually be priced higher than the Q5.
