In March this year, Ms. Zhang's husband wanted to tow the vehicle back and find a third party to do a detailed appraisal. Unexpectedly, after Ms. Zhang towed the vehicle home, she found that all the parts of the engine had been decomposed and did not know it, which made Ms. Zhang even more confused.

In the face of this, the person in charge of the 4S store said that they had signed a "transportation consent form for disassembly and inspection of important parts" with the consent of the owner.

But Ms. Zhang did not agree, they only agreed on the day the cylinder burst and signed the construction order, but the owner was not present when the engine was divided into small parts, and there was no owner's signature on the construction order. The 4S store said that the construction order for subdividing and dismantling the engine is only for technicians, and car owners do not need to sign.

However, as for the final test results of the vehicle, whether it was caused by man-made or the quality of the car, Ms. Zhang went to the 4S store for many times, during which there was also a dispute.

The 4S store said that the test report is an internal document and can only tell the car owner the general reason, but can not tell the car owner specifically. Ms. Zhang said that the car was bought with her own money, so why can't you see it? The 4S store said it could read it, but could not take the test report away.

But Mr. Zhang said that the answer given by the 4S store before was that the air of the vehicle had been flooded with water. For this, the car owner realized that it was not man-made.
