The sales director of the 4S store told the reporter that it was not long before Mr. Huang picked up the car to find the oil spill. it was only about 10 days. There was indeed an oil leak in the vehicle purchased by Mr. Huang. We contacted the manufacturer as soon as we received Mr. Huang's feedback, and then the manufacturer promised to replace the damaged parts of Mr. Huang's vehicle as soon as possible, but Mr. Huang did not agree with our solution. I was so excited that I put up a banner at the door of our store and told other customers that there was something wrong with the car, oil leakage and so on. We have negotiated many times, and it is indeed the case of oil leakage in this cylinder. Mr. Huang only needs to change cars, but this is not a condition for changing cars at all.

The same thing also happened to Mr. Qian. Mr. Qian spent 340000 yuan on the Lincoln MKZ in 2016, and the maintenance technician in the insurance store told Mr. Qian that there was an oil leak in the engine. Mr. Qian was not there at that time, so he asked the technician to wipe it and talk about it for a while.

Mr. Qian also appeared when he was doing the second maintenance, which still did not attract the attention of Mr. Qian. Until the problem was not solved by the third maintenance, Mr. Qian was worried. After changing the copper sheet in the 4S store, less than a week after opening, the oil began to seep again. Mr. Qian drove the car back to the 4S store and replaced the turbocharged tubing this time. But it still doesn't work.

The engineer at the 4S store said that the main reason for the oil leakage was that the sealant was not properly applied when it left the factory, but before that, they did not attract enough attention and simply tightened the parts. So the root of the problem was not found. This time they tested with dry powder and found oil leaking, and the endoscope showed yellowing marks in the car's fuel tank. At present, the cause of oil leakage has been found out, and they will re-glue and seal it and make compensation accordingly.

For this matter, first of all, the car oil leakage no matter which part is very serious, because the oil is combustible, if the local temperature is too high, it is likely to occur spontaneous combustion, but also in the course of driving fire. So this kind of problem can not be ignored.
