According to the plan, Shenyang will grasp the development trend of intelligence, electrification, networking and sharing of the automobile industry, give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises, and speed up the construction of a modern automobile city. By 2023, the annual output of Shenyang cars will exceed 1.5 million, the output value of the automobile industry will exceed 500 billion yuan, and new energy vehicles will account for more than 20%.
