The company's after-sales manager also said it could be refunded directly, but a confidentiality agreement had to be signed. The confidentiality agreement requires car owners not to send information about the incident online, to the media, and so on.

When Mr. Wang came to the 4S store again, the head of the marketing department of Xi'an Lizhixing Weinan Branch explained and denied the claim of the "confidentiality agreement." the person in charge said that "this is a settlement agreement" to solve the problem for the car owner.

However, it is clearly written in the title of the agreement: settlement and confidentiality agreement.

Mr. Wang is concerned about what is wrong with his car, the 4S store has not given an answer.
