Mr. Bao Andy previously had more than 20 years of automotive project management experience at Ford, mainly engaged in R & D and engineering operations in Europe and China. During his tenure at Ford, he has led a number of engineering development projects for important platforms and models, and successfully launched Ford Taurus, focus, Carnival, Forrest and other models in the Asian market. As Ford expands its business in the Chinese market, he also helps the company build an international multicultural team to promote the development of the company.

The new car will retain the 48-inch shared full screen in the mass production car, showing hardware design details such as the 7-inch driver touch screen and the steering wheel physical keys, and the 8-inch central touch screen.

On May 30, the first car body in white built by the whole process on the Baiteng welding production line was successfully put off the line. It will make its global debut in the third quarter of this year and officially start mass production at the end of the year. The price range is expected to be 30-400000 yuan and will be listed by the end of 2019. At present, Baiteng has produced nearly 100 engineering sample cars and put them into various tests to ensure that each Baiteng meets the highest safety and quality standards in China, the United States and Europe. The test projects that have been put into include passive safety, powertrain, braking system, NVH, aerodynamics, HVAC, durability, etc., while the upcoming test projects include active safety, ADAS, high temperature durability, UI/UX, network connection and so on.
