Series and Audi, Skoda and other brands of MEB platform models. At that time, the total annual production capacity of APP290 and APP310 motors will reach 510000.

Volkswagen automatic Transmission Co., Ltd. was established on July 16, 2012. it is the 107th factory of Volkswagen Group and the 18th production base of Volkswagen Group in China. In 2014, Volkswagen officially began to produce the latest generation of highly advanced dual-clutch gearbox (DSG), which is specially produced for the Chinese market and mainly supplies SAIC Volkswagen and FAW-Volkswagen. According to the plan, the plant will also start producing E-Drive MQB APP310 power motors in September 2020, with an annual production capacity of 330000 units. The motor will be installed in I.D. Considering the planned production capacity of SAIC-Volkswagen and FAW-Volkswagen MEB electric vehicles per year, the subsequent production capacity of APP 310will be further expanded. At present, short mileage is a major deficiency of MQB platform electric vehicles (lower than 300km in NEDC operating conditions). The subsequent launch of MEB platform electric vehicles (up to 500 km) will greatly enhance Volkswagen's competitiveness in the new energy vehicle market.
