According to the list, Volvo XC60, which had only 18 complaints in April, saw a surge in complaints in May, with car owners generally reporting body resonance problems. Along with the 24th Volvo S90 on the list, there is also a phenomenon of body resonance in typical complaints.

Is Volvo, which has always been known as the "safest car", starting to chill people's hearts? In the complaint, some XC60 owners reported that when the hot car was idling and driving, there was a serious pressure on the ear, and there would be earache and nausea in a short time. After the temperature comes up in summer, the engine will not start and stop and wait for the red light to press the ear. for example, driving for two hours will cause headache, dizziness and fatigue. Another S90 owner feedback: the car body has low-frequency resonance, the engine will wobble at high speed, ears buzzing, headaches, seriously affecting safe driving.

From the content of the complaint, Volvo XC60, S90 models generally have the problem of body resonance, and has seriously affected the driving texture and safety. At present, Volvo Asia-Pacific manufacturers do not seem to have come up with a solution to the problem of feedback from car owners. As a result, Volvo XC60 still had a high number of complaints in the June complaint list.

In addition, in the complaint list, there are even cracks in the dashboard, came to the top 10 rankings. Buick Kaiyue, which ranked seventh on the list of complaints, had 50 complaints in May, with typical complaints such as instrument cracking and engine oil leakage. How poor is the material used in this central control instrument console, so that it has become a typical problem in complaints.

It is worth noting that Buick Yinglang, which ranks third on the list of complaints, also has engine oil leakage in typical complaints. The source of the problem should come from Buick's three-cylinder engine. In the early Buick's 1.5L four-cylinder engine, its market sales and word-of-mouth performance were good, but later, when it was replaced with a three-cylinder engine, engine defects began to occur frequently, and word-of-mouth and sales declined sharply.

At the same time, the "supercar" flying that many fans have long believed in is also on the May complaint list. There are a total of 35 complaints, the typical complaints are: unable to start, abnormal engine noise.

In the content of the car owner's complaint, there is a problem that it cannot be started, which mainly appears on the 2014 Feido model. There is feedback from the car owner: the starter does not respond to the fire, and it takes several times to hit the starter to catch fire.
