At that time, the 4S store fixed the car after moving a screw. Unexpectedly, after two years, Ms. Yu was in gear as usual when she was driving her car to work. When the car issued a "thump" and the car could not be pulled out, there was a problem that it could not be in gear.

After that, Ms. Yu went to the 4S store to repair it again. Chen, the manager of the 4S store, said that the car had been driving for two years, and the telescopic part of the gear was loose, so the owner could not put it into gear, so it only needed to strengthen the telescopic part of the lower gear. Ms. Yu was dissatisfied with Manager Chen's reply, saying that her car had such a situation two years ago, and she didn't know what was going on, and now the warranty period of the car is coming and there is this problem again.

Chen, manager of the 4S store, replied to Ms. Yu that the reason for the shift was the driver's driving habits.
