On June 15, Evergrande Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenyang Municipal Government, the former will invest 120 billion yuan in Shenyang to build three major bases for new energy vehicles and other projects. Among them, the vehicle R & D and production base of Evergrande new energy vehicles will be located in Hunnan District, and the hub motor R & D and production base and power battery super factory will be located in Tiexi District. In March, Evergrande Guoneng New Energy Automobile Group said the new car was expected to go into full production in June. Xia Haijun, vice president of the board of directors of Evergrande Group, also said that Evergrande New Energy vehicles plan to build 500000-1 million vehicles within three years. New energy as the current development trend of many car companies, due to the rise in housing prices, the government may introduce new restrictions to reduce the emission of pollutants.
