Then, accompanied by the salesperson, Ms. Cheng photographed the frame number of the car that needed to be purchased, and wanted the salesperson to emphasize that as long as the car. The salesperson also said to Ms. Cheng that since it was confirmed that it was the car, it would only be delivered after the delivery.

On May 18, Ms. Cheng came to the 4S store to pick up the car, only to find that the frame number of the car she wanted to mention was completely different from the one she had photographed before. However, the service staff of the 4S store said: "this car is also the white you want, the same configuration, it is also a new car, how can it be different?"

Ms. Cheng said her car was swapped for no reason, and the 4S store did not inform it. So I asked the sales consultant for the day to ask.

The sales consultant also admitted that it was his own responsibility and explained that the car sold to Ms. Cheng had already been sold to another customer because two BMW X1s of the same color and configuration were parked at that time. Because I made a mistake at that time, not the car company gave the wrong car, but led Ms. Cheng to see the wrong car.
