Ms. Zhao, the owner of the BMW, said that she parked her car by the side of the road at more than 7 o'clock last night. Due to the heavy rain last night, she learned that the road was flooded everywhere. She went to check the car at more than 7 o'clock this morning and found that the car was stuck in stagnant water. She claimed that she did not start the car at that time. After 9 o'clock, she found that there was a fire when she checked the vehicle again, so she called 119 to report to the police. At present, the cause of the vehicle fire remains to be further investigated.
