The 40,000 additional indicators in 2019 are evenly distributed monthly to June-December 2019.

On June 21, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Transportation issued another announcement to determine the monthly quota for this year's incremental target. According to the news, the monthly distribution plan for the increment index of 40,000 new ordinary cars in Shenzhen in 2019 will be adjusted from the original average distribution to June to December 2019 to 20,000 in June 2019, 10,000 in July 2019 and 10,000 in August 2019. The proportion of individual and enterprise indicators remains unchanged (88% for individual indicators and 12% for enterprise indicators), and the proportion of indicators configured by lottery and bidding methods remains unchanged (the ratio between lottery and bidding methods is 1:3).
