According to Peng Dan's assistant, the case was heard in the Dongcheng District people's Court on June 26. Baojian (China) initially claimed 385000 yuan, but later changed it to 128000 yuan in court. The accident identification showed that Pengdan's Maybach driver took full responsibility.

Agents of Baojian (China) pointed out in court that the accident caused multiple damage to all of the company's Rolls-Royce, with a total cost of 128000 yuan to repair the car, according to the Democratic and legal News Agency.

In this regard, Peng Dan also said that he is willing to accept the judgment made by the court and pay as much as he should.
