Ms. Lin's husband said that when negotiating with the 4S store, the 4S store responded by applying to the manufacturer to replace the gearbox as far as possible. Ms. Lin and her husband could not accept it because the new car they bought had to be replaced with a gearbox.

According to the service director of Audi 4S store in Aocheng, Shaanxi Province, according to the situation detected by the current technology, it is the damage of the sensor.
