AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)03/01 Report--

Recall models:

1. Imported Audi A5, A5 cabriolet, S5, A6, A6 Allroad, A7, A8L, Q7 cars produced from March 17, 2014 to January 31, 2018, with a total of 57199 vehicles.

2. A total of 12940 domestic Audi A6L cars were produced from March 2, 2015 to March 14, 2018.

The reasons for the recall and the solutions:

Due to the unstable plastic welding process of engine low-pressure oil rail parts in the supplier manufacturing process, the tightness of low-pressure oil rail may be reduced. After long-term use of the vehicle, fuel may seep from the tail cover of the low-pressure oil rail, which may lead to fire if the source of fire is encountered, and there is a hidden danger to safety. FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. will replace the improved engine low-pressure oil rails for vehicles within the recall range free of charge, in order to eliminate safety risks.
