According to relevant media reports, BMW has released an official picture of an X7 pickup concept car. The new car is based on the current BMW X7xDrive40i and will be launched in the form of a concept car, but will not be mass-produced in the future. The new car will be officially unveiled at BMW Motorrad Days (BMW Motorcycle Day).

In terms of appearance, this release of the BMW X7 pickup concept car front face design is still with who cash mass production models, only for fog lights to simplify the part. On the side of the body, the new car only uses the body form of a pick-up truck, the rear body is cut off and changed to a cargo hold, and the C-pillar is equipped with a silver handle. As well as the application of a large number of chrome-plated decorative parts, the X7 pickup truck has maintained its due sense of grade.

At the rear of the vehicle, due to the change in the shape of the body, the maker of the new car modified the original taillight shape of the X7 and transformed it into two small vertical taillights. In addition to carrying five people, a pickup truck also has a large warehouse at the rear, with loading spaces ranging from 140cm (closed) to 200cm (open). As for the interior, BMW did not disclose.

The new car is created by BMW Group vocational trainers in cooperation with the concept vehicle manufacturing and model technology department of BMW's Munich plant. In power, the X7 xDrive40i pickup concept car is equipped with 3.0T in-line six-cylinder engine, maximum power 340Ps, peak torque 447N.m, 100km acceleration performance of 5.8s.
