Ms. Zhang said the 4S store solved the problem by upgrading its internal modules and promised that it would never happen again.

Unexpectedly, the failure of Lecker 03 will appear one after another. Ms. Zhang said that on May 21, the Lecker 03 could not catch fire again. That night, she towed the car to the 4S store and changed the spark plug. Not long after, it did not start again on June 19.

Every month because there is no fire, it is sent to the 4S store for repair. Ms. Zhang has used her car for more than two months, almost half of the time in maintenance. The maintenance list of Lingke 4S store has such an inspection description: check the ignition and then turn off the engine, and then call about 5 times, the vehicle will not ignite at all.

According to Ms. Zhang, the personnel of the 4S store and the manufacturer were unable to give the cause of the failure that the vehicle could not start repeatedly. The initial solution was to rent its own Lecker 03 and study it to the manufacturer's technical personnel. Later, it also gave a plan to change the car, but it has not been dealt with until now.

Although the car has been repaired now, Ms. Zhang is worried that it will not catch fire at any time, so she did not drive the car away and continued to negotiate the after-sales problem with the 4S store.

It is understood that the latest plan given by the 4S store is to return the car. Mr. Wang, after-sales director of Lecker 4S store, said that according to the three-package method, it should be repaired five times before the car can be returned. Now Ms. Zhang's Lecker 03 has appeared three times, and the manufacturer has returned the car to the customer in advance after knowing the situation.

As for the cause of the failure of the fire, the after-sales director said: now we have not found out.

After negotiation, the two sides finally reached an agreement that Ms. Zhang could choose to return or change the car, but she had to bear a depreciation fee of more than 1000 yuan. As for the expenses incurred in other car purchases, the two sides still need to negotiate further.
