A Maserati car has been repaired more than 40 times in more than two years, and the braking system alone has been repaired three times, but the owner wants to return the car but is rejected by the 4S store.

In 2016, a Mr. Qiao in Hohhot spent 1.09 million yuan to buy a Martha Levante at the Maserati 4S store. After buying it, the car was frequently repaired.

The owner, Mr. Qiao, said that he has had more than 40 vehicle repairs since 2016, 18 maintenance records in 4S stores, and three repairs to the braking system alone. A month or two after I bought a car, I had to replace the front axle of the whole car after driving more than 2,000 kilometers. After driving more than 20,000 kilometers, the blue screen appeared again in the central control of the vehicle, which was reflected to the 4S store and the reply was normal.

Until Mr. Qiao was driving a car, the central control screen suddenly "exploded". Mr. Qiao, the owner of the car, said that there was no spark in the car at that time, but it smelled of burning and the screen was not lit up. He went to the 4S store for maintenance and testing again, and the 4S store just helped Mr. Qiao replace a central control screen.

From Mr. Qiao's thick stack of maintenance lists, including screen damage, brake disc replacement, and so on. Mr. Qiao also said that every time he went to the store to repair the car, the 4S store would repair the braking system.

The problem with the braking system has always been Mr. Qiao's biggest concern. Mr. Qiao said that when he was driving at a speed of more than 40-60 kilometers, as soon as he stepped on the brake, the brake pedal would not bounce back and the whole vehicle would run out of control and rush forward.

Mr. Qiao also said that such problems have occurred in vehicles before and have been dealt with by 4S stores. But once again he had the same problem on the highway. In an emergency, Mr. Qiao could only avoid an accident by repeatedly stepping on the pedal, provoking it and stepping on it again.

The vehicle will not only lose control, but also shift to the left. Because of this problem, the 4S store sent Mr. Qiao to the headquarters in Beijing for maintenance and inspection. During this period, Mr. Qiao had a problem again, driving on his own highway, and he almost hit the guardrail because of the deviation of the vehicle. But when we arrived in Beijing, the car still failed to solve the problem.

Mr. Qiao also said that what made him even more angry was that the brake early warning line of the vehicle was artificially cut short, but the 4S store did not inform it during several repairs. It was only after Mr. Qiao's own examination that he found the problem.

For so many problems with the vehicle, Mr. Qiao went to the 4S store for maintenance many times, but the problems continued to arise. Mr. Qiao said he bought a car for two years and spent more than half a year repairing it in a 4S store. During the maintenance of light brake problems, the brake pump, ABS pump, brake system unit, brake system resistor and brake oil were replaced twice. Mr. Qiao said that most of the maintenance costs are paid by himself.

As for the return of the car, Mr. Qiao raised it to the 4S store in 18 years, but it was all rejected, and the plan has always been maintenance. The 4S store said that because vehicles are not a common phenomenon, it is just an individual case. The store said it will actively coordinate with Mr. Qiao's demand, but it is not up to the store to decide whether it can return the car or not. It can only be reported to the manufacturer and so on.

But Mr. Qiao has waited four times for the report. The reply Mr. Qiao received on July 5 was still refusing to return the car on the grounds that he needed to collect materials. In response, Mr. Qiao said that he would use legal means to protect his rights.
