The owner, Ms. Lu, said that when her new car was driving on the third day, she felt that the car suddenly lost its power and did not respond to how to step on the throttle, only to find that the car had stalled. So the car is parked by the side of the road and tries to start the vehicle again, when the vehicle can be restarted.

But more than 20 days later, the same problem happened again. Ms. Lu contacted the 4S store, and the vehicle was towed back to the 4S store for testing.

In the meantime, another Ms. Tang also had engine trouble the next day because of a new car bought at the Mercedes-Benz Star 4S store in Hefei. There was something wrong with my new car after only 19 kilometers, and I couldn't accept it.

Ms. Tang said she spent 420000 on a GLC200 SUV at the Mercedes-Benz Star 4S store in Hefei on June 1, and the engine fault light went on after driving 19 kilometers on the day of picking up the car. After three repairs, the vehicle could not be repaired and the cause could not be found out all the time.

Ms. Tang's husband said that the first time they went to the 4S store for maintenance due to faulty lights, the maintenance staff of the 4S store said that the oil products did not match the computer, so they changed the code. As a result, the vehicle had a fault light problem the next day, and the vehicle would shake, so the owner had to come to the 4S store again. The result of this test was a spark plug problem, so the spark plug was replaced for the owner.

Then the technical staff of the 4S store continued to test and found a new problem, saying that it may be the problem of the ignition coil, which was replaced again with the consent of the owner, and the problem was solved. But after three days, the vehicle fault light came on again.

Ms. Tang said the vehicle not only had engine problems and jitter, but also showed signs of oil leakage. The vehicle was towed back to the 4S store again, but so far the cause has not been detected.

On July 2, I remember that when I came to the Mercedes-Benz Star 4S store in Hefei to learn about the situation, I happened to meet a new car owner who had a problem with his new car.

Ms. Hu spent 320000 on a C260, and the new car had the same problem as Ms. Tang the next day. Ms. Hu said that on the second day of picking up the car, the engine fault light came on, and the car body shook badly, the engine sound was also very loud, and the fault light came on four or five times in the following week. At present, Ms. Hu's demand is to return the car.

For the three owners of the new car on the quality problems, fat Mercedes-Benz star 4S store after-sales director replied that the car owner said the vehicle "symptom" is there.

Ms. Hu's vehicle has been detected because the atomization effect of the fuel injector is not good, resulting in insufficient combustion in the cylinder, which in turn causes the fault light to turn on. While Ms. Lu's vehicle has not yet been able to detect the specific cause of the fault, the store is prepared to install a detection equipment on the car to collect vehicle fault information at any time to facilitate troubleshooting. As for Ms. Tang's car, the store has asked the Mercedes-Benz manufacturer to arrange technicians to test and find out the cause.

As for the return and replacement requirements put forward by the three car owners, the after-sales director of the Hefei Mercedes-Benz Star 4S store replied that it could not be satisfied for the time being, because there was no basis to support the failure to meet the return and replacement requirements. And expressed the hope to negotiate with the customer to deal with the problem.
