On this issue, the Consumer Protection Commission automobile experts said that if the vehicle is unable to drive, or if the vehicle suddenly decelerates, sudden acceleration and other problems are in line with the return and replacement requirements. According to the Zhejiang version of the new elimination law, there is a description: the vehicle is within 60 days or 3000 kilometers, whichever comes first, if the vehicle is out of control, it can meet the requirements of return and replacement.
After the failure of Mr. Wen's vehicle, if Mr. Wen starts the vehicle again and is unable to move forward, it can be regarded as out of control, but only if Mr. Wen issues road surveillance or video as evidence. Mr. Wen said that next, he will go to Jiaotong to collect evidence and continue to safeguard his rights.
