If the quality issue is involved, the two parties can negotiate and mediate, and if the negotiation is not good, they can request the third-party consumer rights and interests department to mediate or complain directly to the market regulatory department, after a comprehensive investigation by the market regulatory department, clearly determine and define whether the product has quality problems and whether the merchant fulfills the warranty obligation of product quality.

Finally, the reporter reported the matter to the Ganzhou Market Supervision Administration, and the staff also put forward some suggestions to Ms. Liu.

It is suggested that consumers can propose to the merchant to take out the hub and prove that it is qualified when it leaves the factory at that time. If not, we will first accept consumers' complaints and carry out relevant mediation. If manufacturers come up with the proof of testing at that time and prove that the wheels are qualified, then consumers will be required to prove the problem and submit it to the automobile inspection institutions recognized by the state.
