I thought the incident would come to an end, but the problems that followed caused Mr. Zhan to completely lose confidence in the vehicle. According to Mr. Zhan, many problems were found in the vehicle during this period, and these problems occurred accidentally, sometimes the vehicle could not be locked, sometimes the rearview mirror could not be folded, and after the vehicle was locked, the indoor atmosphere lights and the central control screen were still working; and the central control screen suddenly crashed.

At present, Mr. Zhan's demand is that the 4S store can return the car. He has come to the 4S store eight or nine times because of the vehicle problem.

Mr. Zhan and the reporter once again came to Fuyang Baxin BMW 4S store to learn about the situation, but according to the store that the main person in charge is not present, customers can contact after-sales by phone. Then he contacted an after-sales manager who said that the frequent lights of the vehicle fault were caused by the intake grille.

As for other reasons, another marketing manager of the 4S store said that at present, in view of Mr. Zhan's vehicle problem, they need to conduct a full-vehicle test of the vehicle and wait for the confirmed result to negotiate with the customer to solve it. Whether the car can be returned depends on whether the final test results meet the return and exchange criteria.
