Subsequently, Ms. Tang contacted the Mercedes-Benz 4S store to tow the vehicle for testing. After the 4S store vehicle test, the result is that the battery needs to be replaced.

For this problem, the Mercedes-Benz 4S store staff explained: "after testing, it was found that the battery may be missing heat conduction paste, but because the heat conduction paste could not be delivered for a long time, I contacted the manufacturer, and the manufacturer replied that it was really impossible to change the vehicle assembly. If the car owner cannot accept the replacement of the assembly, he will have to wait for the heat conduction paste."

According to the editor, the function of the heat conduction paste is to transmit the heat emitted by CPU to the heat sink, keep the CPU temperature at a level that can work stably, prevent CPU from being damaged due to poor heat dissipation, and prolong its service life.

However, the car has only been bought for a month, so why should it be repaired? Ms. Tang also said that she could not understand it, and at that time, she bought a car because of the advantages of introducing this gas and electricity bully, so she would consider the model.

However, the staff of 4S store did not give a specific explanation for why there was a problem with the vehicle. But only said: "at present, they can not disassemble the vehicle, only made a preliminary test of the vehicle, and found that the vehicle's battery failed to meet the market standards." The plan given by the manufacturer is to carry out specific testing and upgrading of the vehicle first, and if it is determined that there is a problem with the battery, a new one will be replaced free of charge.

But Ms. Tang could not accept this plan, and there was a problem after buying her new car for more than a month. She hoped that the 4S store would first give a compensation plan and then consider replacing or dismantling the battery.
