According to the labor contract signed between the employee and the company, the two companies in the labor contract are Beijing Shanyi Shanmei Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Renren vehicle Co., Ltd., and the legal representatives of the two companies are the same person.

After the reporter contacted the company, the person in charge of Renren said that the company has the right to arrange the way of property disposal, waiting for the official public relations personnel to reply.

After consulting a lawyer, it was learned that employers need to give employees a certain amount of compensation in the event of layoffs or dismissals under special circumstances. This time, the car not only involves the issue of compensation, but also violates the Cyber Security Law. If the circumstances are serious, there will be criminal liability.
