At the same time, Beijing companies have been in arrears for half a year, ranging from tens of thousands of yuan to hundreds of thousands of yuan.

In the face of imminent closure, arrears of huge employees' wages and other questions, Guoneng battery issued a clarification announcement to refute the rumor. However, the situation did not end with an announcement.

On July 15, the company's door was blocked by internal staff vehicles that had been in arrears of wages and reimbursement for a long time. The company was afraid that creditors would block the door and parked all official vehicles at the gate, which could not get in and out smoothly for a long time.

On July 19th, Guoneng Battery issued an announcement, informing the Beijing headquarters that only the Human Resources Department, Office, Strategic Planning Department, Strategic Finance, inventory and Capital Verification Management Group and the Security and Environmental Department will be retained, and that the original Engineering and Technology Center, Research Institute, quality Department, supply chain Management Department and sales Department will be transferred to Henan PACK Company.

In response, a Beijing employee of Guoneng Battery said that Henan PACK, namely Henan Guoneng Battery Co., Ltd., is located in Zhongmou Automobile Industrial Park, Zhengzhou. At present, the main leaders and sales staff of the company are raising funds, and it is expected that part of the economic compensation will be settled on July 31; all arrears of wages will be settled on August 31; and the reimbursement will be paid in accordance with the unity of the staff and workers within the company.

In addition, Guoneng battery employees said that nearly 50 employees of the Beijing company jointly applied for labor arbitration on July 15, advocating compensation for labor remuneration and reimbursement of money advanced on duty.
