Another car owner said that when he bought a car in this store at that time, because it was not a local hukou, the car needed a residence permit to settle down. But soon the first temporary license expired, and the 4S store said that he was willing to apply for another temporary license for it, but the owner's residence permit had also been obtained and the vehicle could be settled in. But the store evaded it for a variety of reasons.

Another car owner said that he bought a Senya R9 model on June 14 this year at Yuanding Dian for more than 90,000 yuan. After the car paid, he asked the store for a certificate. At that time, the store replied to mail it to the car owner the next day, but so far the owner has been unable to receive it.

Car owners have repeatedly looked for 4S stores to ask for certificates, which have been received before, but the relevant person in charge can no longer be found.

According to the store's reply to the car owner, the car owners' certificates were pressed in the bank, and because the capital chain of the 4S store is broken, the certificate can not be redeemed. Originally, the store also agreed to return the car to the car owners, but the store said it was out of money.

Then the reporter and the car owners came to Jilin Yuanding Automobile 4s store again to learn about the situation. When the reporter asked if he could contact the person in charge, one of the staff said that they were also actively dealing with the incident, but at present, the person in charge could not come back, and the person in charge of the specific matters would come back and contact the reporter.

Then the reporter came to the high-tech branch of Jilin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce to learn about it, and the staff here said that they had received complaints from tens of thousands of car owners and had now carried out related work. Its staff also said that what they learned was that the 4S store was a loan to buy a car, and the bank was afraid that it would not collect money, so it seized the certificate and needed the 4S store to buy a car and take the money to redeem the certificate. But now I don't know what's going on. The owner gave me the money, but the boss didn't redeem the certificate.

In this regard, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce said that both sides of the incident must be found in order to adjust, but now the person in charge of Yuanding 4S point cannot be contacted. The industry and commerce department advises consumers to protect their rights through legal channels.

Car owners also said that because the vehicles they bought are national five models, they may not be licensed by the end of the year, but because it takes a long time to go through legal channels, they hope that the relevant departments will intervene to solve the problem.
