AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)03/04 Report--
After the Chevrolet Old Malibu was officially discontinued, the Malibu XL took on all the sales sources of the series. A few days ago, SAIC GM announced the official launch of the Chevrolet Malibu XL 535T model, with a total price range of 15.49-174900 yuan. The tail mark number seems to be very large, but in fact, the car is equipped with a 1.3T three-cylinder engine, which matches the CVT gearbox and meets the national six emission standards.
At present, the price of the Malibu XL model is 15.49-269900 yuan. Except for the new 1.3T engine, the rest are equipped with 1.5T, 2.0T, 2.5L engine and 1.8L hybrid system.
Malibu XL has launched two appearance styles: the ordinary version and the Redline version. The Redline version uses an all-black medium net and black wheels to highlight the sense of movement. The design style of interior decoration at the same level is not excellent and tends to be practical.
The new Malibu XL 535T model is powered by a 1.3T three-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 165hp and a peak torque of 240Nm, which meets the national VI emission standard and matches the CVT stepless gearbox. It is understood that SAIC GM will popularize the use of the new CVT gearbox on its models.
The Chevrolet brand sold 55 vehicles in China in 2018, up 3.8% from the same period last year. As for the new car, the new compact sedan Monza Cruze will go on sale in March.
