Sure enough, the sheet metal master told the owner that the color difference of the car was obvious and the glossiness of the door was different from that of other places. The car owner then bought his own car paint thickness tester for testing, and found that the paint at the front door of the car was as high as 700.

Then the car owner called the Shanghai Volkswagen customer service to inquire about the situation, and the customer service replied that this situation did not exist in the car produced by the manufacturer, and that if the car had a scuffle in the course of transportation, it would be sold as a display car or other cars, and these situations would also inform the car owner.

The owner of the car went to the 4S store to ask for an explanation, and the person in charge of the 4S store has been evading the problem of the owner and told the owner that he had entrusted a lawyer to follow the legal procedure. At present, the two sides have not yet reached an agreement.
