Mr. Wang also said that after picking up the car at that time, accompanied by a salesperson in the store, he went to the nearby gas station to refuel. As a result, the vehicle came back with this fault, but now he claims that there is something wrong with the fuel he added. Therefore, Mr. Wang has doubts about the quality of the vehicle.

Wang, manager of the 4S store in Shenyang Zunrong Lujie, said that the vehicle oxygen sensor is a sensor for detecting vehicle emissions, and the failure light is displayed because the exhaust gas from combustion is not up to the detection standard, and the problem has nothing to do with the engine. It is also mentioned that the vehicle enjoys a three-year warranty of 100000 kilometers, that is, it can be repaired free of charge.

In this regard, Mr. Wang said that of course he knew that the car could be repaired free of charge, but his new car broke down one day after it was brought back, and he certainly could not accept it, and the store needed to give a positive reply and pay 5000 yuan in cash for this problem.

However, with regard to Mr. Wang's request, Manager Wang said that if the extra compensation of 5000 yuan is needed because of a sensor problem, all the 4S store industries are out of order, and if Mr. Wang wants to apply for compensation, they can apply to the manufacturer for some vouchers and so on, but they can't make cash compensation.
