According to Mr. Yang, three times of automatic flameout occurred during normal driving in just three months, accompanied by braking lock on the steering wheel, and the new car was abnormal in the second month after picking up the car. Fortunately, there was a speed reducer at that time to stop in time, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable.

For these problem stores, Manager Zhang Fang explained that the first diagnosis was that there was a software that needed to be upgraded. After the upgrade, the test drive did not find the fault he described. Later, Mr. Yang again reflected that when he entered the station to check the failure, we found that there was water in the position of the plug and wire harness plug; the second treatment was to dispose of the water from the plug, and the vehicle was used normally after treatment. However, Mr. Yang does not agree with the store's explanation, because the water intake is abnormal in the wire harness position. Although the car can be restored to use after simple treatment at present, the 4S store has not found out the cause of the water influx and cannot predict whether the water intake will occur again. The store said that according to the three-guarantee policy, the vehicle has to repair the same fault five times, and the car can only be returned if there is a problem after five times, while Mr. Yang's current condition has not yet reached the standard of return and replacement. The 4S store proposed that the current vehicle has been repaired, Mr. Yang can use it first, and if this phenomenon occurs again, they will also report it to the manufacturer.
