The main adjustments are as follows: Zhang Yuesai became the general manager of GAC MOTOR, Yu Jun became the head of GAC GROUP's international business department, no longer served as chairman of GAC NE and general manager of GAC MOTOR, Feng Xingya was appointed chairman of GAC NE, Liu Wei was also the head of the headquarters of GAC GROUP's vehicle business, and Hu Su was also the head of GAC GROUP's data and information department. The new personnel appointment will take effect from August 1, 2019.

In this personnel adjustment, "changing the coach of GAC MOTOR" has become the focus of the industry. Zhang Yuesai, former chairman of Guangzhou Automobile Business, will succeed Yu Jun, who will become the head of GAC GROUP's international business headquarters. As early as March this year, Zeng Hebin, former general manager of GAC MOTOR sales Company, has been transferred to GAC MOTOR International Branch, where he is in charge of all the export business of Chuanqi.

Zhang Yuesai has been in GAC GROUP for nearly 30 years since 1988. He has served as GAC Honda Enterprise Management Minister, GAC Toyota Deputy Factory Director, GAC Hino Deputy General Manager, GAC MOTOR Deputy General Manager, GAC Mitsubishi Party Committee Secretary and Executive Deputy General Manager. GAC Business Party Committee Secretary, Chairman, is more familiar with the development of GAC's own brand.

At present, GAC GROUP's autonomous car enterprise Guang Auto passenger cars are under unprecedented pressure, resulting in a decline in sales for the first time. According to KuaiBao's production and sales data released by GAC GROUP, its cumulative sales in the first half of 2019 was 186947 vehicles, down 30.3% from the same period last year.

In this case, GAC GROUP replaced Yu Jun with Zhang Yuesai in the position of general manager of GAC passenger car. Zhang Yuesai has rich experience in vehicle production and sales in business and a number of joint ventures, and is familiar with the development of GAC's own brand. During his tenure in GAC-Mitsubishi, he led GAC-Mitsubishi to achieve the rapid development of exceeding sales plan and exceeding its peers.
