According to Mr. Yu, he bought a new car less than a week ago, and the actual kilometer count was 595 kilometers when the problem occurred.

On the afternoon of July 15, Mr. Yu, who was driving, noticed a prompt on the screen saying "Please fill the engine coolant." Mr. Yu, who felt that something was wrong, turned off the prompt. Quickly adjust the engine water temperature parameters. It was found that the engine water temperature suddenly increased by more than 100℃. But Mr. Yu couldn't stop immediately, so he kept driving.

However, in just two minutes, the temperature of the water in the engine suddenly increased by four degrees. In this regard, let Mr. Yu driving feel afraid. He immediately approached the roadside and stopped the car, waiting for the engineer to inspect it.

While waiting, Mr. Yu discovered that under the chassis of his car, the engine was wet vertically downward. Mr. Yu touched the coolant, so he suspected that it was engine coolant leakage.

Subsequently, the staff of the 4s shop compared the coolant conditions on both sides and confirmed that it was the vehicle engine coolant leakage. After adding some coolant, it was found that there was liquid coming out from the gap on the outside of the engine. According to the staff explanation, if the vehicle coolant is not available, resulting in the vehicle engine does not rise will cause the engine to explode or pull the cylinder.

After that, the vehicle was towed back to the 4s shop, which said it needed to be disassembled and inspected first. According to Mr. Yu, in the first negotiation, without any compensation and any conditions, 4s shop said, first dismantle the car, see where the problem lies, and then decide how to compensate or repair.

However, Mr Yu does not agree with this approach. Although the domestic Mercedes-Benz workmanship is not as exquisite as that of the German original factory, the pure imported high-precision craftsmanship and assembly Mercedes-Benz cannot escape quality problems. However, yesterday Mercedes-Benz announced the recall again, the reason is that there is exhaust catalytic converter mixed loading, resulting in failure to meet the vehicle emission standards and on-board diagnostic system related requirements, that is to say, the catalytic converter installed incorrectly, may cause the on-board diagnostic system alarm.
