Since the beginning of last year, it was revealed that Zhuhai Yinlong owed more than 1.2 billion yuan in arrears to suppliers. Among them, Zhuhai Siqi Electric vehicle equipment Company even said that Zhuhai Yinlong owed it a total of 76 million yuan, which is located in Wuan County, Handan City, Hebei Province. The factory was shut down for a time, and many senior executives were notified of layoffs and dismissals.

In 2017, more than 6000 Yinlong electric buses were ordered and 3355 pure electric buses were actually sold, compared with 6200 in 2016. According to the unaudited annual report, Yinlong's operating income in 2017 was 8.752 billion yuan, its net profit was 268 million yuan, and its net profit fell 67.94% from the same period last year.

In fact, Zhuhai Yinlong broke out serious civil strife, the company founder Wei Yincang and others designed to encroach on the company's interests of more than 1.2 billion yuan, and he himself fled to the United States.

As a result, the management of Yinlong New Energy has changed again. On March 25, 2018, Lu Chunquan served as chairman of Yinlong New Energy, Lai Xinhua as president of the company, and Sun Guohua, another founder of Yinlong New Energy, no longer served as chairman and president of the company. In April this year, the legal representative of Yinlong New Energy was also changed to Lai Xinhua.
