June 8, that is, the day after picking up the car. When Mr. Zheng drove his new car under normal driving conditions, the central control screen suddenly went off, and there was no response when he clicked on the open button.

Mr. Zheng said that because the vehicle screen does not display, so the reversing image, music, USB Jack and other functions can not be used. The small screen behind the steering wheel also indicates that some functions are stopped.

So he quickly contacted the 4S store and carried out a series of operations under the remote guidance of the staff, but to no avail. The staff told him that the mainframe system might need to be upgraded and asked him to go to the store to check.

As a result, the monitor suddenly turned on again the next morning. This made Mr. Zheng think that the anomaly was accidental, but it was just the beginning.

For vehicles that have problems so quickly, an after-sales manager in the store said that every car they deliver will be strictly tested, but not necessarily the vehicles will not have problems, and according to the manufacturer's reply, they can only replace the mainframe assembly parts for the failure, and that the host of the control screen is abnormal, which does not affect the normal driving function.

The after-sales manager also said that although the mainframe only responsible for the screen unit is broken, but to be on the safe side, decided to replace the entire mainframe, after the replacement is basically impossible to have a similar problem.

As for the problem of "constant speed cruise control and speed limit control stop working" that Mr. Zheng is worried about, the manager explained that the Mercedes-Benz constant speed cruise system can be removed by pressing the button, braking and putting in neutral, and the probability that the three methods will fail at the same time is almost zero.

According to the after-sales manager, Mr. Zheng's car, whether in accordance with the three packages or the new car quality assurance policy, does not meet the conditions for return and exchange. The main parts can only be returned and replaced if there is still something wrong with the maintenance for 5 times.
