The so-called "three intelligences", Ding Lei said, what Chinese Express wants to pursue is to take the research and development of new energy vehicles and the core technology of intelligent transportation as a solid foundation, from the research and development and industrialization of intelligent vehicles to the layout and operation of smart transportation step by step, and finally to build a future smart city from Zhijie transportation construction, so as to achieve a cleaner, efficient and comfortable way of travel for mankind in the future.

It does sound very lofty, but at present, this grand blueprint seems to be a bit of a "wild horse" feeling.

Although Ding Lei has always claimed that there is no shortage of money, where and how much money from Chinese Express has always been a mystery.

Although Chinese Express started later than many new cars, less than a year after its establishment, in October 2018, it released a "people-oriented" corporate development strategy, and three concept cars, the Concept H Hypervelocity, Concept An Active-agility and RE05, were also unveiled. Less than a year later, on July 31, 2019, Chinese Express released the brand name of pure electric vehicles, and the first mass production stereotyped car was also unveiled.

But at present, with the downturn of the automobile market and the decline of new energy subsidies, for new energy vehicles, the knockout stage has officially begun.

From the perspective of HiPhi 1 alone, the product power is really good. The appearance is quite sci-fi, the intelligent configuration is ahead of the current level, and the power is also remarkable. But the car won't go on sale until 2021. Among the new car-building forces, NIO, Weimar and Xiaopeng have all launched mass-produced models this year. Relatively speaking, Chinese American Express has lagged far behind. It is not known how much market will be left for it when it is produced.

Even with a luxurious lineup of executives, Chinese American Express is full of talent. However, for Chinese Express, how many valuable things it can come up with to attract market investment is the key. If you only want to rely on a number of intelligent grand blueprints to achieve corner overtaking, it also seems to have a warning.
