According to released data, Audi's domestic sales totaled 56223 vehicles in July, up 6.1 per cent from a year earlier. Among them, the sales of domestic models were 52273, up 10.8% from the same period last year, while the cumulative sales of imported models reached 36545 from January to July, an increase of 27.1% over the same period last year.
In terms of specific models, the Audi A4L remains the leader of Audi, with sales reaching 14501 in July and nearly 100000 in the first half of the year. Its appearance design, configuration materials, power performance in the same level of models have excellent competitive advantages, the terminal as high as 50,000 yuan discount, making its performance-to-price ratio greatly improved.
The new Audi Q5L sold 13226 vehicles a month, up 45.7% from a year earlier. This car can not be improved without the preferential policies of the terminal. The price of the enterprising model at the entry level is only 300000, which is much cheaper than the Mercedes-Benz GLC and BMW X3, but the most important thing is that Q5L has a strong product force.
The Audi A6L went on sale in January, and only 7 sold 10005 vehicles, up 106.9 from the same period last year. Sales of the model outsold the E-Class and BMW 5-Series last year, but sales have fallen sharply since the launch of the new model this year, selling only 24200 units in the first quarter. In July, however, the Audi A6L showed different results.
In addition, the new Audi Q3 also performed well, with sales surging 188.5% month-on-month in July, highlighting the leading market advantage of Audi's brand rejuvenation strategy. In terms of imported models, various products continued to perform steadily, driving the overall cumulative sales of imported cars to 36545 from January to July, an increase of 27.1% over the same period last year.
In the second half of this year, Audi will also launch a number of new products to meet the diversified needs of consumers. Among them, Audi e-tron, which marks the rebirth of Audi Electric era brand, will become the first luxury medium-sized pure electric SUV sold in China. In addition, Audi's new flagship Q8, Audi A6 allroad, new Audi A6 Avant and other products will also be launched one after another.
