In July, there were 7055 car complaints, of which 45 per cent were Chinese independent brands, 16 per cent were American brands, 12 per cent were German, 11 per cent were Japanese and 7 per cent were legal.

According to feedback from car owners, Volvo manufacturers offered a so-called "customer perception enhancement scheme" in April, including replacing the tailgate damper block and updating the 2.0 software system, but the problem of low-frequency resonance has not been substantially improved. In terms of its own brand, the Chery Erize 5 is the autonomous model with the largest number of complaints, including rust and gearbox setbacks. Geely's two leading models, Boyue and Dihao, were on the list, with complaints of gearbox setbacks, engine jitter and body rust.
