Recently, there has been an uproar of price cuts across Tesla's range of models, with the highest price reduction reaching 341100 yuan in China, angering many Chinese car owners who have just bought the brand.

Some car owners directly pulled up 10-meter-long banners to safeguard their rights in front of Tesla's store. "Tesla reduces prices at will, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers."

And Tesla's official website has also updated the compensation plan:

For customers whose Model 3 price cancels the driver assistance gift, and the order date is before Feb. 28 (inclusive) and does not pick up the car, Tesla offers the following two solutions:

First, the order will keep the original price, and the original enhanced autopilot (EAP) will be upgraded to Autopiolot autopilot + full autopilot (AP+FSD) for free.

Option 2, order to enjoy the new official website price, autopilot (AP) or fully autopilot (FSD), need to choose separately according to the official website price.

In fact, Tesla has also made some responses to the price reduction by launching a "confidence guarantee scheme", under which consumers can get full money when they return their vehicles within seven days of delivery or within 1600 kilometers.

Tesla also promised that car owners who have picked up their cars will be able to upgrade fully autonomous driving at half price, saving up to $6000.

However, this scheme has not been approved by car owners. As a result, there is a second compensation plan, free upgrade and enjoy the new official website price. I do not know whether the car owner is satisfied with this compensation plan, the editor will continue to follow up the report.
