For a long time, many Difen designed new car logos for BYD and aroused widespread attention on the Internet, but BYD was unmoved, and later launched the dynasty family car logo. At present, there are Qin, Yuan, Song and Tang models, and there will be new models such as "Han" in the future.

It is said that BYD officially released a logo change vote earlier, and the new logo is an "elliptical alphabet" based on the newly registered trademark, which further proves that BYD is really going to change the logo. According to BYD, the new logo has abstract and smooth lines and a flattened design that fits modern aesthetics and conveys younger age, while the new logo 2 combines a flat font design with a chrome-plated frosted material to highlight the tone of the brand.

BYD is expected to use different design forms to distinguish products. There are industry insiders revealed, "then the e-network products will be hung with the new version of BYD logo." BYD e-net products will be launched in the near future, positioning lower than the dynasty series, all pure electric models.

At the 2018 Beijing Auto Show, BYD also showed off a new concept car called E-SEED, which was built by a team led by Wolfgang Iger (former Audi designer) and used BYD's new logo design for the first time, the newly registered logo, which is also the first public appearance of the logo. However, officials have not yet confirmed whether the new logo will be launched.

BYD sold 520700 vehicles in 2018, including 247800 new energy vehicles. BYD aims to sell 650000 vehicles this year and will launch 9-10 new cars, including Yuan EV535, Tang EV600, Song MAX DM and e-net products.

In the past two years, there has been more innovation and recognition in the design style of BYD's models. With a change from the previous "killing Matt" style, the Facebook of the Dragon Face family dragon has been recognized by many consumers.
