Kui Wenqian, a lawyer at Jiangsu Guanwen Law firm, said that in the eyes of ordinary consumers, the new car is a brand new, unused and unrepaired vehicle, and the repaired car will obviously affect consumers' purchase choices.

According to the relevant provisions of the Consumer Rights and interests Protection Law, if one party deliberately informs the other party of the false situation, or deliberately conceals the true situation and induces the other party to express its wrong meaning, it can be identified as a fraud, and the consumer can ask for a "refund of one compensation for three". At present, Mr. Li has filed a lawsuit with the Jintan District people's Court of Changzhou City, asking Ding'ao Audi 4S store to "return one for three."
